IDEAS-TEK was awarded the 2023 Space Valley Diversity in Business Minority-Owned Company by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). Honored to have been awarded the title Minority-owned Company of the Year, IDEAS-TEK’s CEO Dr. Alonzo Vera says, “We’re proud to be enabling the next generation of diverse workers. We believe that by having a minority-owned business we can enable a more inclusive workplace, make the aerospace industry more equitable, and ultimately develop the best products from a diverse set of minds.
